- Platform Fee* mentioned above applies to the client i.e. the person booking a listing on our platform
- Free Pickup* is limited to 4 persons. This is because the maximum persons per an apartment is 4. In case extra pickup is required, contact our customer service for an arrangement. Free pickup is between 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM
